One of our best selling games of all time, Quiddler takes its cue from classic games like Scrabble and Rummy.  With the unique playing cards featuring the alphabet, Quiddler challenges you to make words out of the cards in your hand.   First with three cards (round one), then with four, on up to ten cards in the last round, players earn points depending on the letters in their words.  A bonus is given for both the longest word, and the most words made by a player in each round. The average game takes 20-40 minutes.

Unlike many other word games, Quiddler places the wordsmith and the beginning reader on equal footing.  It is not uncommon to have someone win by making words like "cat", "dog" or :"zoo".  Yet it is challenging for the accomplished wordsmith to make longer words to earn that bonus as well.

The solitaire rules included with Quiddler result in endless hours of word challenges for the single player. Although each game is quick to play (about 15-20 minutes), people tend to play game after game.
