Blokus is a strategy game where each player tries to place as many of their colored pieces on the board as possible. Players take turns placing one piece at a time. Each new piece must touch another piece of the same color only at the corners, not along the sides. Pieces of different colors can touch in any way. The game ends when no more pieces can be placed, and the player with the most points wins.
