In Carcassonne: Traders & Builders, players use the basic Carcassonne rules, placing tiles and using meeples to claim cities, roads, monasteries, and fields. The expansion adds goods tokens—wine, grain, and cloth—which are collected when completing cities and are worth bonus points at the end. Builders can speed up your construction by giving you an extra turn when you complete a road or city where your builder is present. Pigs can also increase the value of your fields.
