In King of Tokyo: Halloween, players use the basic King of Tokyo rules while adding two new monsters, Pumpkin Jack and Boogie Woogie, along with special Halloween-themed Costume cards. Players roll dice to attack, heal, gain energy, and earn victory points. Costume cards give monsters special abilities, but they can be passed between players when certain dice are rolled. The first monster to reach 20 victory points or the last monster standing wins. REQUIRES KING OF TOKYO BASE GAME
