In King of Tokyo: Power Up!, players use the basic King of Tokyo rules, but each monster also gets its own set of Evolution cards. These cards give monsters special abilities that can change how they play. Players roll dice, attack opponents, gain energy, and earn victory points while using their Evolutions to gain an advantage.
