Quarto is a two-player strategy game where the goal is to get four pieces in a row that share at least one characteristic.
Each of the 16 pieces has four traits: tall/short, light/dark, round/square, and solid/holed.
On your turn, your opponent chooses a piece for you to place on the board.
You place that piece in any empty space.
Then you choose a piece for your opponent to place.
Win by creating a row, column, or diagonal of four pieces that have at least one trait in common.
The tricky part: you don’t choose the piece you place—you choose your opponent’s piece!
