“Shut the Box 12” is a dice game where the goal is to flip down all the numbered tiles from 1 to 12. On your turn, roll two dice and add the numbers together. You must then flip down one or more open numbers that add up to the total you rolled. For example, if you roll a 9, you could flip down 9, or 4 and 5, or 1, 3, and 5. Continue rolling and flipping down numbers until you cannot make the required total. Add up the numbers that are still showing to get your score. The goal is to have the lowest score possible, and if you flip down all the numbers, you “shut the box” and win!
