In Sushi Go Party!, players draft sushi cards by choosing one card from their hand and passing the rest to the next player. Everyone reveals their chosen card at the same time, then continues drafting until all the cards have been played. Players score points by collecting different combinations of sushi, desserts, and special dishes. Before the game begins, players choose a menu that determines which cards are included, allowing for different strategies each time you play. After three rounds, the player with the most points wins!
